아침에 너무 배고파서 깼지만.. 2시간 꼬박 버텨내고 공복운동 성공 ㅠㅠㅠ 이제 겨우 5키로 내려왔다 지방이 뽑힐 때까지 최대한 자연스럽게 이 식습관에 적응해나가야겠다
