Yesterday I put on my size 8 pants that were a little tight when I bought them on Jan. 5. They are baggy now! Yeah. My hands are looking different to me and so are my feet. I held alot of weight there. My wrists look tiny too. I took a picture of me the other day with my camera phone and was shocked at how I looked. I thought I still looked like I was a size 12. I dyed my hair blonde. I think I will put it on as my pic. It would be cool to be able to have before and after pics on this site. has anyone figured out how to do that?

Wow....that is great. I was looking at your weight loss graph and it is very impressive!!!! I hope I can do that well. I have been exercising and keeping within my calories for a month now and lost 12 pounds but think I will look at the diet you are following. I have just been watching my calories because I don't like diets but may have to try to incorporate some of it into my routine. Thank you for being an inspiration :)
