Thought I would get to sleep in but the alarm went off @6 and I couldn't get back to sleep. Got up and ate breakfast and started doing housework, actually got most of it done... It's so windy that I couldn't go outside so I went to town with my daughter and did some shopping, came home and did a kettleball workout(a lot more workout than I would have thought!). I feel better for being busy than just sitting around and not doing anything, like I have been until lately.
