Oh holy crap.. lost my post. If only the weight would disappear so quickly. ;)
Anywho, long story short.
Cleaned out my fridge and got rid of all the expired crap or insanely sugary stuff that I was the only one who ever touched it-- fiance's sugary stuff is relegated to the bottom shelf of the fridge and bottom rung of the door, along with a few OWL-friendly items that I'll use later on. The rest of the fridge is solely Induction-friendly.
I got Ketone strips today! I used one and got a mid-range reading; out of the 6 levels shown, including 'negative', I got a 4. I'm on my 5th day of severely limiting carbs and my first day of 100% Induction. Wondering if ketones can go up too quickly?
