WOW, I can't believe it's been a year since I've used FatSecret. I don't know what happened...all of a sudden I was lazy to record my food & exercise, and I didn't feel motivated by any significant weight loss. But I'm working on it again, after getting to a high of 175 (never been this high in my life). I'm working on eating less, and eating better. Drinking lots of water. My focus is to lose one pound at a time. If I overwhelm myself, I've noticed, I'm less apt to continue. So, a pound it is. And then hopefully another pound!
