It's really pretty basic, if we can see your food diary I am sure there is something we'd be able to help you figure out. It could be a very easy fix. Also, I don't know if you're on phase 1 or 2 but those bars from South Beach (the only time I see a food journal entry), are not for level 1. Three may be something easy that you can easily switch and you'll see the weight start to drop and stay off. Just start your food diary and I bet it will come to light. Best wishes to you.
