been out on vacation in Canada with husbands family. it's been nearly impossible to stick to keto but we have one day left and I have made it so far.u have resisted real Asian cuisine with a discipline I never new I had. even though I have been surviving mostly because of my bpc lol.im nervous to see if all this hard work and sacrifice during my vacation will pay off on the scale and Measuring tape . XD
