I had forgotten to mention that I am no longer BF as of a month ago. My baby got sick w/ croup & was put on prednisone, she got so hungry, had to give her formula b/c I can't pump, so I had no milk stored! That was it...she LOVED it & quickly weaned off me as a result! So, no longer breastfeeding & still at a plateau!! I guess I need to work out HARDER!!?? I've been doing the Jillian Michaels DVDs alternating every other day, they are 30 min & combine cardio w/ weight resistance. I will try to drink more water..skitz600 had suggested that it might help, hope so!!
