hi, where do you get cardamom tea please? I love it but can't find it!

I have an array of different teas! (Some would call it an obsession haha!) Tesco’s sell a brand called “Tea India”, thy also sell a masala one too which is really good (sometimes I find certain brands aren’t the best but tea India gets a nice infusion of the tea and the spice) they come in a white box with a henna type designed teapot on the front (red is chai and green is cardomon). You’ll have to let me know if find/try it!

how many calories is in that? must be at least 2 banana (250 cal)? is it one snack / meal?

It was 715 calories but I work nights and sleep though breakfast so this was my breakfast/lunch. There’s only one banana in the pic. But could easily cut down some of the calories a bit as 180 calories was peanut butter (which I’m not sure added a lot to the flavour once mixed in), I would probably half the amount of oats as it made quite a large bowl full, and the whey protein powder equates to about 100 calories too.
