Down 2 pounds this week, a good thing, but things to be moving a lot slower. Kenn and I re-evaluated some things I have been doing to see what could be causing the yo-yo effect. I have decided to stop doing my weight lifting for awhile and just concentrate mainly on cardio exercise.
I know that a pound is a pound, and that a pound of muscle and a pound of fat weigh the same, but muscle is more dense and can cause a bigger number on the scale. At this point and time I want lower numbers on the scale.
So my exercise routine will consist of 50-60 minutes of cardio 6 times a week. We will see how that effects the scale next week. I am hoping that I am not hitting another plateau. They seem to come around the 25 pound mark.
