Haha sorry! How do I add text to the photo when I post it?! Refuel pancakes as I’ve just been to the gym. Vanilla Whey protein powder 25g, 2 large eggs, a 36g sachet of Tesco’s apple and blueberry oats, 250ml semi skimmed milk, and a teaspoon of cinnamon. They are really good! 527 calories but it made about 7 pancakes this size so wouldn’t need to eat all in one sitting if you didn’t want to.

It’s a great question and when I find out the answer I will let you know! Hahaha...anyway...they sound worth trying as well....still loving your food choices and keep the photos flowing x
