MrGoodnight I tend to cook mine in the juice of tomatoes if I'm having a healthy cooked breakfast!

Now that sounds very interesting Yasmine15585....is it more like poached than fried? Must give it a go x

Not really, not in a frying pan anyway. It looks exactly like a fried egg, but cooked in the juices from the fresh tomatoes, so not crispy egg in any way.
