Restarted diet May 26th 2018.
I'm on my 3rd day now. I'm going to stick with it this time. Going to set small goals.

You can do it :). I call mine mini goals. I label them like ‘end of chemo weight mini goal’ and my end will be ‘drivers license weight’ lol. I’m setting it low as I am sure I’ll gain some once I start maintaining rather than losing. Mini goals work better for me as I’m impatient and want to meet a goal every month or two.

You got this! My biggest help this time has been logging everything I eat on FS (even the bad stuff). It keeps me accountable and helps others help me when I get stuck.

Way to go! I agree with Nidoqueen, I have been documenting everything good and bad. It is amazing how much I was eating before.
