Just had a 1-wk visit from our daughter and her boyfriend. We went to the beach and ate whatever we wanted with wild abandon. I'm feeling overstuffed and need to get back on track. I haven't been walking as much as I used to before this move last month. I haven't worked out a good walking route since there are no sidewalks here and the temps have been unbearably hot or it has been raining cats and dogs. Will make an effort to find a good walking route this weekend. Will also try my best to stop eating sweets. That's my downfall again. Desserts.
