WOW! Almost 10 pounds dwn!
My husband and I have increased our phyical-ness. We geo caching.
This saturday we went to 13 geo caches we have to walk uphill, dwn hill, climb, jump over rivers, bend dwn. So this past Saturday we did this from 12noon to 5pm. Then we came home I did loads of laundry and Sava cut the grass front&back and trimmed the grass. Yesturday we were moving non stop.
We both feel real good today.
I am so excited I get to see my friend Sam today and we are going to eat at our fave place Panera and cap it off at Starbucks!
