woke up to lose more weight. Hcg works wonders already and I am excited about my success. lost 1.2 pounds, a total of 6 pounds in 4 days! wow, no side effects at all, no headaches, just minimal hunger before meal time, and once I eat, only 250 calories, I am STUFFED! awesome.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
