I was good this week!!! A trace of ketosis this morning AND I exercised every day this week. I am hoping that I will be back in the 150's when I weigh in tomorrow. I am trying my best to get back on track, but as the weather is getting warmer it is becoming more difficult to focus. My sugar cravings are OUTRAGEOUS right now. Once you give in to the craving it is difficult to detox. GRRRRR.
