I’m struggling with options for breakfast. I’m doing my best to stay Keto or very low carb WOE but I’m sick of eggs and meat for breakfast. I do Keto pancakes once a week with sugar free syrup and that helps, but this morning I literally was gagging trying to eat my egg and sausage protein. I’m not a big veggie girl for breakfast so that’s out. I’m craving a bagel and cream cheese soooo bad right now! That or donuts 😋. I also have almond milk with plain cherrios once or twice a week (1 cup only) but the carbs are ridiculous for the amount of food you get. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I forgot about the 90 second Keto bread in a mug. Think I’ll try that and add a bit of cream cheese as a topping with a touch of sugar free jelly. Yum sounds good right now 😂😂😂
