.....pretty tired today~ had a 15 hour workday yesterday~ it happens, but I feel like I've been run over. Spent most of the day on my feet, so they ache and my legs are still pretty sore from my workout on Wednesday~ feelin' a little "beat down", but I'm certain once I get some coffee in me, and wake up a little~ I will feel better! Did pretty ok with my eating yesterday despite the fact I had to stand up and eat my lunch in less than 5 minutes.... I only had 2 Dove chocolate minis, whereas I would usually stuff about half the bag in my pocket and munch all day using the rational of "no time to eat real food". Proud of that~ I'm getting there! Everyone have a great Saturday and a wonderful weekend!
