My next goal is 118. And to stay under 120 from now on. This is possible. I just need to commit. Why this is so hard I'll never know. I just love testing myself 24/7. I was doing so well, it is a bit discouraging... also wasn't worth it. Also back to Day 4 for no alcohol. The battle royal continues...
As an after thought today I am also quitting coffee. I'm going to cut out all soft drinks, non alcoholic beer and anytime I'm thirsty I'm going for water. Sick of all these extra calories filling up my food schedule. See how that goes.
