I finally have my voice completely back!! Yippee! I also had a small victory in the battle of the junk food last night, I actually ate some strawberries instead of ice cream. I really wanted the ice cream, but I knew I was higher in my calories than I wanted to be for the day any way, so a few strawberries wasn't going to comlpetely undo my day like the ice cream. Now, if I can just keep going with that. Lately, I've just been wanting sweets like crazy. I don't know if it's because it's been so hot so I want something cold, like ice cream, or if it's because I've been sick and I want comfort foods. Either way, I'm going to try to be strong and stay away from too much junk.
I'm getting my workouts in this week so far, so I'm going to try to stay caught up with them. I really want to start doing the P90X/Insanity hybrid workout, but after being sick and out of it for a couple of weeks I think I need to start a little lighter and work my way up. Thank goodness I'm finally getting back to normal!!

Glad you're feeling better... Have you ever made an ic cream sub with bananas and berried? I know you can use a food processor but my mom bought me one of those yonanas machines last summer and my kids and I love it. Unfortunately by the end of the day when I want it I don't have the cals or carbs left lol. But it's a great breakfast with some protein powder mixed it :-)
