上禮拜踩空摔倒....受傷!無法運動! 體重也.....你知道的🙄 再拼一下囉!
這禮拜Zumba 3堂,6k三趟,園區除草,無止盡家務......看看能瘦多少🧐🧐🧐

妳還好嗎??好好休養好,才最重要。。不用那麼急做運動。。我有次下雨在路邊滑倒,屁股重摔整個人平躺在地上爬不起來,雖然照脊椎也ok沒事,但也痛了2個多星期~~

運動真的最忌諱受傷 一開始運動時就因足底筋膜炎停了半年 保重
