Most people think of a diet as having a beginning & end. Really, it is about modifying your eating & exercising habits. We discussed this in our WW meeting, and there is no such thing as "cheat" days or when the 12 weeks is up going back to eating whatever you want...the weight will just come back on. If you crave the "bad" foods then allow yourself to have them - in moderation. I give in and have ice cream, but I make sure I count my points. And what WW has done is taught me what an acceptable portion size is. I thought this was a great topic from our meeting and wanted to share...
