Did well today, went to water aerobics for the first time in nearly a year (since MVA). Felt good, I think it will really help my shoulder gain it's movement back.

Good Job!! A friend of mine at work does them and she says it's really helped w/her legs. I've thought about doing them, but I really enjoy doing aerobics @ lunch time. Keep up the good work!
