on friday i burned about 1200 calories through excercise yesterday i went to the gym and ivolunteered and stuff and sat in the sauna for 15 mins so im assuming about 1500 cals altogether ive been doing pretty good i guess :) im trying to be less mean to myself!
i had a slice of pizza, some cookies, and a slice of cake yesterday and so yeah, i didnt lose.. but i didnt gain either (: i was really happy ^^'
hopefully ill lose for tmrw. ive consumed about 500-600 calories today havent done any excercise though which is really bad of me : ( ill try to get in 100 crunches before bed (: aiming for 132 lbs by friday which isnt bad; 3.6 lbs to lose in 5 days isn't so horrible i can do this (:
going to buffalloooo on friday ! :D shoppinng ^^ im gonna buy a new pair of jeans in a size 5, and use them as motivation to fit into by the first week of may (: wishmeluuuck! <3

I buy clothes that are too small for me too, makes me work harder bc I see all the cute clothes mocking me in my closet!

haha yeah, its an absolutely AMAZING feeling when you fit into a pair of goal weight jeans! aah, i did that with size 7's and it was like the most satisfying feeling ever when i did fit (: !
