I think I will start recording my foods in the food diary. This last 20 pounds seems to be the hardest to lose.

It helps to record your foods in the food diary. There you can see all your calories, carbs, fats, etc. and it you are looking for help you can get more support from your FS buddies.

I find it really useful to record in the food diary too and for me keeps me accountable for everything that I'm eating. Good luck to you though... just keep up the great work and you WILL get there. :o)

Try to record things as quickly as possible, don't spend too much time on it or the system will fall down.
