我是跑步跟跳繩輪流,ㄧ星期就運動3-4天,跳繩的方式我也是慢慢加的

ㄧ開始就維持ㄧ星期3-4天都有100下,ㄧ直加上去的,然後跳200下至400下會休息1-2分鐘在繼續,看體力

不要ㄧ次跳600會死掉哈哈,ㄧ定要這星期先100維持,ㄧ星期ㄧ星期往上加喔
