How do i say NO to food or say NO when being invited to go eat by workmates ??? I am so weak when it comes to this !!!

When I'm invited I go. I eat the best way I can and then make up for it if need be. Be encouraged. We are ALL weak. Be strong. Don't miss out on fun events just because U are counting calories.

I am learning that this is for life... so I attend special events with that in mind..as many have stated its better to select the better choices and just know you will continue to work at your journey to feeling better the next day ..I don't want to go through life not enjoying it...just in moderation would most likely assist you ..have a great week;)
