Don't get discouraged.....Phase 1 is VERY strict - maybe you have carbs creeping in that you're unaware of.....Do you keep a food journal? I didn't when I first started but DID start Jan 1st.....and I found all kinds of ways to decrease fats, carbs and overall calories by reviewing what I'd consumed.....If you don't - I'd highly recommend it.....Don't despair, sometimes it takes our bodies awhile to *catch up*.....Keep on keepin on darlin......Huggies
