It's been a funny sort of day today; one minute it's hot and sunny, the next it's gone cloudy and windy! We had two good walks today, the orange and lemon trees are laden with fruit; we saw some beautiful white baby turkeys trying to escape from their pen, and the biggest geese I ever saw! Had lunch at the pool bar and Fotis kindly made us a huge omelette with feta and salad even though it wasn't on the menu! No fries! No bread! Are you sure? the poor man kept saying! Our apartment is set amongst all these fruit trees, we have fresh herbs growing around us, the smells are amazing! How I love Kefalonia!
