Did fairly well today. One exception is that I had 1 reduced fat Hewbrew Frank. Couldn't help it, I was so hungry. Other than that I did really good.

It sounds like you did very well. You chose something that wasn't all that bad for you - and I'm sure before you started this program you would have chose something different or had more of it. Way to go - great job!! Every little bit does help in the long run.
