Don't matter if slow or fast. You are making good progress and obviously doing good things for yourself. Be very proud of that and stick to what is working for you!

Losing it slow is better. You're less likely to lose muscle mass and less likely to have extra skin that way. I know everyone wants immediate results, but as a former 320-pounder, the people who keep weight off are the ones who make long-term plans and lifestyle changes.

If I can lose 2 pounds every week, wow that would be 50 less in 6 month. That is a lot of fat down the drain.

Keep it up! I watched my mom loose 70lbs by only losing maybe 2lbs per month. It took her a while but now she’s healthy and happy.

Two pounds is a very nice drop. You are doing great. What would be worse is to hit a plateau that does not want to budge.
