yeahhh...turun lagi asyikkk..
setelah 2 minggu baru turun heheh...gak papa lah yang penting turun terus tapi tetap kenyang.
53 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
