Really discouraged. I lost 7 lbs the first week, I put back on 2 lbs in the second week (while still strictly following the diet) and have not budged since. Grrrrrrr.

I have added exercise and still no change. I am so close to quitting. Oh yeah, I have taken measurements and I actually put on 1/2" on my waist after the second week. Seriously this is ridiculous.

Any suggestions b/c I am going to pull my hair out if something doesn't give.

Don't give up! Don't give up! I didn't lose anything after two weeks and felt the same as you so I decided to stay on Phase 1 for another 2 weeks but this time I write down everything I eat and drink and I weigh everyday. Since Monday I have lost 3 lbs so ithas helped me big time. Try it and see if it makes any difference to you. Good Luck kepp going!!

Don't give up. I have noticed that when i am exercising sometimes i lose wieght slower but mostly b/c you are gaining muscle. I know it is frustrating though, you want to see the scale go down, so I guess that is why they say not to weigh so much but to notice how your clothes fit. Keep it up. It will go down sooner than later.
