Day 2 of my 5% loss challenge. I recorded everything, and learned that I went over my RDI by ~20%. I have to work on eating late at night. I just start getting bored or just occupation while sitting around before bed. That's my weak link here, and I gotta cut it out.
As for exercise, I hit the elliptical for about 10 minutes at about a 5/mph pace and kept it up pretty well. Then I hit the treadmill for another 10, and in the last :30 was exhausted but the music got me pumped and I pushed myself into a full sprint. I took a knee immediately afterward, almost got sick, and was completely soaked in sweat but it felt so incredibly great. I miss that kind of exertion, and I'm glad this challenge got me started doing it again.
Side note: MIO energy has replaced my morning coffee. I got my water and caffeine, and no sugar and calories. Win!
